That's somewhat hard to do when you don't know if they can watch your back or not. In fact, I barely talk to most of the people in Team Canada.

Trust is the main issue. If I were to join a random team, how would I know if they would bait me or even watch my back for that matter? You have groups of friends in each team, therefore separating the team into a few different individual groups, which turns into situations where people aren't watching each others' backs.
