No anticheat is perfect its not possible, yes it is a good anticheat now that I think about it BUT there will always be a flaw in the system. I myself have 700ms and because of this all my clicks registered at once and I got banned. I provided legitimate proof and got unbanned. So yes it is a very good anticheat but there is no such thing as perfect.
Let me eviscerate your logical fallacies.
1. No one can prove you weren't hacking/cheating
2. Therefore we can only prove you were
3. Therefore if you were detected you are most likely cheating
4. anticheat accounts for lag
There is one big in anticheat which I believe is fixed now. It would occur when your CPU would speed up.
Also mind linking me to your ban appeal where you provided empirical "proof" and got unbanned?
EDIT: An anticheat CAN be perfect,
1. There are a finite amount of factors that can set off a certain check
2. Therefore those finite factors can be accounted for
3. Therefore an anticheat can be perfect
