It seems like the number of hackers on MCSG is increasing pretty quickly. MCSG doesn't have nearly enough moderators.
Personally, I am a brand new mod. They've added a ton of new staff, from new mods to senior mods to trial admins, and we're all working incredibly hard around the clock. The process to hire moderators does take time, but that's because we want quality, not quantity. One bad Mod could prove disastrous. I know the admins and senior mods are aware of the problem and are doing everything in their power to add more quality staff at a fairly fast rate.
The best thing you could do to help us is by recording any hacking you see and reporting it! :)

Oh , thanks for telling me!
I'm pretty sure you could get an age exception younger, although it probably gets harder the younger you get. However, the whole process is kinda secretive as an unwritten part of the process is figuring out how to do it. I'm not really allowed to say much about it.
It's kind of a big deal that people going for an age exception have to figure out how to do it on their own. C'mon Nyan.
She didn't really give any real info on how to get it.

MCSG's expectations are way to high. I believe most of the active players are under the age of 16. 12+. Also, all it takes to become a moderator on MCSG is to be the right age and be a good writer. They should take more things into consideration like, do they even know what hacking looks like or, are they active and how much of an impact do they have to the community.

There is a vocal interview, and plenty of good writers get turned down at that stage.

Yeah, I agree on how most players are under 16. I'm 13, and I've been playing MCSG for about a year. I kind of wish they didn't have an age restriction on moderators, but then again, I see why they should have one. Guess the servers would kinda suck if they had a bunch of 9 year olds going around and banning people :p

I see the point with 9 year olds, but make it more realistic, like 12 maybe, test their maturity, monitor them maybe? xP
