MCMMO is a great plugin. However, on a survival server on such a scale as this, it would make the server drastically one-sided. The factions with a lot of power would gain more, and the factions with weaker members would only be at an even greater disadvantage. As a person who has been on both sides of that scale as well as in between, I think MCMMO would be a good addition - WITH MODIFICATIONS.
First of all - PvP skills, such as unarmed, swords, axes, bows, etc.
They should either be capped at a low level or nerfed (Or even taken right out) as many issues would arise. People that didn't know that MCMMO was added would call hacks at anyone 2-shotting someone with their fist, and it would defeat the purpose of having a regular diamond sword once you leveled up your unarmed enough. A Sharpness 5 sword would only be even more powerful. Also, other effects such as Disarm would be troublesome.
Mining - There is a way to make a duplication machine with this. Obviously I won't say how, but there is a working way of duplicating diamonds with this, and it should either be removed or the Double Drop Chance should be removed (As well as the triple drop chance when you activate it.)
Excavation - It gives a very easy way to obtain glowstone, and you can even get diamonds once you hit a certain level.
Herbalism - One that is often overlooked but can often be quite key, it has various effects that can make a strong faction even stronger by helping them get money much faster.
(as a side note, please do not enable changing cobblestone and stone bricks into mossy cobble and mossy stone bricks, as it gets annoying. Just my opinion.)
I know a lot about MCMMO - In fact, if it were to be added, I would benefit more than many, many other people because of my extensive knowledge of the working of both the plugin and what it does, but I must say that my opinion is that the average player would not benefit enough from it to justify adding it, whereas the OP player would only get even more Over-Powered.
