Major Increase In Hackers.

I have noticed lately that the amount of hackers on MCSG has risen by about 50% on the EU servers. I get killed by about 10 hackers everyday and I think this is because of the lack of EU mods. I have been in the hub before and I asked a Mod to join a server to ban a hacker, when I said their name they replied with a "?" and I said there was a hacker and then just ignored me. I have stopped reporting hackers because there are that many.

Yeah, there's been a lot more recently. I'm not sure, but it might be because hacks came out for 1.7 ? (Don't quote me on this, I don't know if there are any hacks out yet, but optifine is at 75% so it's a possibility.)

Why should MCSG ban them?

every hacker that gets banned is one less on the servers.
If you put in the effort to record and report them, then MCSG will reward that effort by banning them.

An That's why there is so many hackers, everyone complains but only a few try to get them banned.

Well why do MCSG hire staff if they do not ban them, I have been threatened to be banned because I told a Mod to join a game and he wouldn't. And what if you do not have a good computer? What if you do not have a recording software or rendering software?

As stated above many times, keep recording and reporting trust me it does good for the server and Is highly appreciated.

Personally, If I get moderator, I will head over to the EU hub and try to help out with as many problems as possible.

The thing is, most people don't have the time to render a video and upload it. If he did it for every hacker he saw, he'd have no time to play, because when you render Minecraft gets laggy and stuff.

Well my opinion is that if you do not take the time to record hackers and report them yourself you shouldn't be complaining about the increase of hackers, you DONT have to record every single hacker but you could atleast do a few, if one is banned he will never come back. Also the staff is doing their best job to get rid of the hackers, and you can't simply "hire more staff" cause there is just to few potential people to be part of the staff.
