1. It needs landmarks and focused areas. Normally people would put down a village or a small tower, but since you're focusing on terraforming then make some unique landmarks. Otherwise it'll be boring, players won't look over a section of the map and know where to go to next as it's just too, normal.

2. Near the snow area, spread out the snow more downwards the mountain and completely cover the tips in deep snow (covering/replacing the stone).

3. Everything is even! By that I mean spherical and smooth, look at the two hills near cornucopia. It looks very unnatural, maybe as a suggestion link them up?

Terraforming = 0/10
Building = 10/10
Redstone = 5/5

Ignor dat troll ^
Yeah, I was a complete noob for this map, aha. Plus it's basically abandoned, as it was truely horrible.

My only comment of dislike on this, mountains take more energy to climb so although they look beautiful they are deadly to players (fall damage, hunger burn from jumping, and surprise attacks.)

Nice map. Just a few pointers:

1. A few more 'obvious chests' to make it 'noob friendly'. This is the success of breeze and sg4.

2. Add landmarks but use the terraforming with them. A cave, a tall tree, a crater, a lava lake. Give people something to use to navigate themselves. Sg4 did this well by adding various locations, such as the 'Airfield', 'barn', 'crashed plane' 'castle' 'train' 'train station' 'fire station' and so on.

3. Add more obstacles. Parkour would be very nice. Add this in naturally by g
Creating some sort of forest parkour. Blending some stone ledges in a mountain would be very good.

Overall brilliant terraforming and a beautiful landscape. Great effort for a one man map. Just tweak it up and it'll be perfect :) and if I'm right I do believe you are a US rebel? I'm from the Aussie rebels :p good luck with the map!

Looks nice, but it needs some work.
-You need WAY more buildings... the map seems empty in most places and is pretty boring.
-As people before me have said, more obvious chests. Just little holes in the ground with a chest in them would work nicely.
-In places like the lake as shown in the screenshot, maybe add some docks, or a pirate ship. You need landmarks that people can see easily to give them a sense of direction. This is what Breeze, SG4 and Fallen Empire (my 3 maps of choice) really did well.

I like the terraforming, and your criticism on my map was very valid since your terraforming is very smooth and sleek, but it does look a tad bit plastic. It does need some more crazy terraforming.

All in all, the map does need work but if you take everyone's advice it could turn out VERY nicely!

I know this map is based on terraforming. But it's boring to play on maps that havent any details.
So make more details!
this is no offense :)

As he has said several times, this is an old map, made as a test for himself as well as to help himself improve.
