Well I can certainly say that I didn't find 30 OP items on the map.
At most I found the 5 that the creators said there were when I downloaded the map for myself and went around.
If in the case that there WERE 30, couldn't you just like place a block to stop someone from getting to it or what not? It's not really that hard to do... It probably takes more effort finding one.
