Losing power at spawn pvp

On most servers they make it so that when you die around the spawn area where you can pvp you do not lose power because you are in a war zone. Please add this to the mcsg survival server as it will encourage more people to pvp near spawn without having to worry about losing power and getting over claimed.

If that happened, people would go to spawn and pvp a lot more. Yes, people without gear wouldn't have to worry about getting their bases raided etc., but they only lose 2 power per death anyways.
