No offense, but I think going on the forums to find a teammate is kind of pathetic. Even finding a random teammate in game is pathetic. Teaming is cheap, personally, but I can't complain too much, because I do it sometimes, but only with friends that I know. Just stick to teaming with the friends you have on the servers. If you don't have any, it isn't hard to get one or some.

I made this thread because lobby teams suck, and I only team with my friends.

If you're teaming, you going to want to skype audio chat. That's basically the best way to play with a team. You don't have to worry about typing when you're in trouble. And you get messages across so much faster.
