Lobby games lag

I never FPS lag anymore. I'm sure I would have though.

Only when recording i drop fps when i am at the old lobby. However when I am not recording I have no issues at all

I thought I was the only one lagging it seems like my fps is normal at spawn and soon as I leave spawn 80fps goes to 10fps
