I think for some, they find it fun, such as people like IanCoullahan1 or HBTechnoDude. They hack specifically for the purpose of attracting views on their videos, and it's evident that people like them. Doesn't make sense to me. With others, I think they are young, inexperienced, and completely lack confidence in their skill, therefore believing that they if they use hacks it will make them good.

Yeah, I saw IanCoullahan1's videos about hacking on the MCSG servers and it was completely ridiculous. He is basically shoving his hacks in MCSG's face saying "Look what I can do".
