make sure u ward ur lanes
dont be a Inappropriate body part on a male in chat
in ranked, let people get whatever roles they want, usually i like to fill if im not first pick
good mechanics and decent knowledge of the game

Having a positive attitude was 90% of the reason I got to a decent rank on league, the other 10% was being an orianna legend(ball mechanics). Don't ever get salty at your teammates or opponents, even if they are terrible people to play with. Don't let people who disconnect get you down, it's part of the game. Some day you will do this

, and lose that game because somebody disconnected. Don't get salty in game, save that for somewhere else..like the forums...
Farm is really important, it's when you last hit the minions, and is the biggest way that you can get gold. Make sure to read guides on your champion, that way you will know what to build. Just enjoy the game because it's a lot more fun when you aren't screaming at your computer because you died once ;p

If you are new, just play easy champions like annie or xin zhao, that way you can understand the whole game without being confused by a difficult champion.

ya if ur salty generally u drop divisions proven by a specific someone :^)
in all honesty the best tips to improve are pretty much what everyone else is saying, finding a champ to climb with that u ENJOY PLAYING and want to continue learning will carry you through the ranks easily. don't play sona because you think she's really strong, play sona because you have a lot of skill and have fun playing sona.
also blaming others for ur mistakes will never get u anywhere but bronze lol
