Help me every time it's deathmatch I always lag for some odd reason my render distance is 2 and i have 2 GBs of ram installed to Minecraft and i live close to US

Check your processes and see if you have any big applications running. Like, 175k~ or higher.

What kind of lag? FPS or server lag?

Just try restarting Minecraft and if that doesn't work then restart your computer. If that doesn't work as well, just close out of some applications that are open that may be reducing your faces and taking up RAM
