You can't force this to close just because it uses the same concept as the US Clan Leaderboards, however, you can probably force them to reword the thread so it's not just a translated copy of the US one.

We don't need a moderator
Personally, I am not against this idea. But, this thread should not have been created yet because the USCL staff haven't worked everything out so we can help make the LA Leaderboards perfect. You can't just send me a quick skype message and decide to create a new a whole new leaderboards without talking to us at all. Slow down, before you can start this with us we need to get a proper translator who's fluent in English and we need to workout staff and how the leaderboard placement matches will start.

If u are from US go to US leaderboards xD this is an latinoamerican leaderboards.
