You can print respond to chat messages with JARVIS skript.
I talk a lot. Let's go to skript.

    answer2: &c%now%
    message3: What is your name
    answer3: &cMy name is JARVIS

on chat:
    message is "{@message1}":
        wait 0.3 seconds
        send "{@prefix} {@answer1}" to player
    message is "{@message2}":
        wait 0.3 seconds
        send "{@prefix} {@answer2}" to player
    message is "{@message3}":
        wait 0.3 seconds
        send "{@prefix} {@answer3}" to player
