Is this a good offer?

Not a good deal, it would be a lot cheaper to build it.

If you have a budget of about $2300, I'd go all out and try to get the best hardware. For about $70 more than what you posted, including the monitor you listed and a keyboard/mouse (gaming - raises the price a good $150), a wireless card, a really, really good 1TB drive (I use the same one in my desktop), etc. And a better processor.

Granted, half of the stuff may not be compatible, because I didn't look into the exact specifics, but in general it should all work (enough power / compatible mobo / etc.).

Thanks, quick question will a 144hz monitor be smoother and faster than 120hz monitor?
I wouldn't know that much detail - a monitor is a monitor to me. If it looks good, it's good enough for me.

Is there a big difference between 16gb ram and 8gb ram, most people say 8gb ram is enough to run most games

Generally it's enough, but it was an example build for what you could get for just a little more.
