Is my FPS too high?

Try capping your frame rate at around 120 fps, I know in League of Legends if you have too much fps it does the exact thing you are talking about. Some games are not made to handle higher frame rates. I also get the same thing in minecraft getting around 300-500 frames, so I will probably try capping it also.

It's not that big of a deal man, I think he has clearly already gotten his answer. 120 is nothing to be complaining about.

No, he is asking why when pvping people freeze for like 6 seconds and end up somewhere else.

BTW, its a optifine thing, you just need to update your optifine. (I think, but it IS a optifine problem.)
