Why would you even need donor, well, if you play US it's basically useless.
Even when there weren't 200 servers and I had my 3 month donor, I found there to be pretty hard situations where I'd actually need the join game ability, and NEVER needed the extra vote. Maybe it might make a difference cause you get 4, I don't know.
If you want to help out the servers and it's cost, go for it. If you just want to join servers, you're wasting your money.
