Is confused "Server is open, come join"

So, I have survival.mcsg.in on my server list... It says the server is open and invites players to join (hence the message), but I can't join because I am not whitelisted. Seems nobody else is whitelisted too, because it usually has its player counter at 0.

So, uh... The server isn't really ready yet, isn't it? Or do I have to get on the whitelist to join?

It's being redone, I don't think there's any guesses on when it will be up. Soon, hopefully.
