QUARTER QUELL Invisible People At Deathmatch

So I was playing quarter quell as it is my favourite gamemode and I thought wow, I'm seriously considering stopping playing this. Then my friend told me to make my chunks 2. So I did and it worked for a few times. But still it is 3/4 of the times people are invisible. But please guys I'm begging you please find a way around it before alot of people have this problem and quit quarter quell

I'm pretty sure this is a Bukkit glitch and there's not much the developers here can do about it...
