Invisibility during final deathmatch

So I just lost 43 points for losing to hikid in a final deathmatch where he was invisible the whole time and could see me. I am also not sure if I was even capable of damaging him whatsoever, seeing as people told me that he wasnt taking damage when I was hitting straight at him.
