thats the first time holy has been banned on any acc so its not like he has a rep for hacking, and a group of mods and sr. mods unbanned him, so therefore you as a leader of the clan should just suck it up and put the loss down xD

Daves rules say if someone gets banned, then unbanned , the battle is rendered moot and is restarted...
Edit: If a clan member is banned during a clan battle, the banned user’s clan forfeits the match. If the user posts a ban dispute and they are successfully unbanned, the forfeit is revoked and the match is rendered moot; the clans can rematch or not at their own discretion.
