On mobile..
My last speedtest was like: 0.50 download and 0.10 upload.
But I usually download at 120kbps and it takes me an h9ours to upload a 4 minute hd video.

This is from my room, which is literally at the opposite end of my house. Over ethernet, I get about 10 more Mb/s down.
