Tut that you learned from?

Well I've been working with After Effects for maybe a little under a year so there were many tuts I learned from over the months. So there is no specific tutorial that I learned from, just experience/background knowledge.

Colors to use: Blue and silver, and if you can sneak in some red. Not really that picky on the colors, you can choose your own just try to make it so they don't clash.

Music: Does anyone what kind of music is allowed for this? I don't want videos to get taken down due to copyright.
Animation description: The examples look really nice, something like that would be win.
