There are a lot of things you can do.
Firstly, If you have any sports you are really good at, go out and play it, even if it is on your own. This takes your mind away from your annoyances and it will help you relax and feel better.

Listen to this and either close your eyes and read a book.
A lot of people recommend you punch stuff, but all that will do is make adrenaline rush, and that will make you feel more angry and pumped.
DO NOT BE VIOLENT, PUNCH OR BEAT ANYTHING.

Everyone has a bad day, and what builds our character as humans is finding our way through our struggles and through experiences that are difficult to bear. Just know that life is about learning what to do in different situations; the more you experience the more you know. Keep that in mind, violence is not an answer. If this girl really bothers you, avoid her. If she is special to you, find a way to be nice to her without her bullying you. Do not let people push you around, but at the same time, do not be aggressive. It is one of the hardest balances a human can achieve. Being calm is the only way to do so.
