Hey Baes,

So I had a bad day at school today...Don't wanna go into detail but does anyone have any tips on how to be more happy/get your anger out apart from attempting to jump out windows and threatening to hurt my brother...because as you can tell...I'm not doing a good job of it :/

I punch the wall untill my knuckles bleed, although I have anger management so that won't help you... I don't think it will o_O

Or

Keep quite and sit by your own for a while :)

Buy a punching bag- I use it for a range of uses. Especially taking my anger out.
isnt there a cheaper way :( I use my brother hes good enough xD

There are a lot of things you can do.

Firstly, If you have any sports you are really good at, go out and play it, even if it is on your own. This takes your mind away from your annoyances and it will help you relax and feel better.

Then, take a bunch of deep breaths. Listen to relaxing and quite music. If you have problems finding some, here is a link:

Listen to this and either close your eyes and read a book.

A lot of people recommend you punch stuff, but all that will do is make adrenaline rush, and that will make you feel more angry and pumped.

DO NOT BE VIOLENT, PUNCH OR BEAT ANYTHING.

Be calm.

Feel calm.

Everyone has a bad day, and what builds our character as humans is finding our way through our struggles and through experiences that are difficult to bear. Just know that life is about learning what to do in different situations; the more you experience the more you know. Keep that in mind, violence is not an answer. If this girl really bothers you, avoid her. If she is special to you, find a way to be nice to her without her bullying you. Do not let people push you around, but at the same time, do not be aggressive. It is one of the hardest balances a human can achieve. Being calm is the only way to do so.

Be calm.

Feel calm.

Write the things that make you happy. Write about something warm, physically or mentally. Happiness is a good state of mind. and remember.

To be honest I'm not the best person to give advice for this, because I'm the type of person who keeps all of their anger inside until it explodes like a creeper on petrol and beans.

But I'd advise you to keep calm and to just do relaxing things, like watching a film and drinking tea. I wouldn't recommend playing MCSG, though, if you're one to keep really frustrated and angry over hackers and teams.

you could always imagine yourself giving you enemy a beautiful slap around the face if everything else fails
