Im always being kicked

I have only been able to play like 5 survival games because i get kicked every game by a "donor" taking my place. ive just had it, its annoying. i like this server and its fun, but if this is just randomly kicking me to make me donate so it dosent happen, then stop doing it cause its not gonna work.
i would like for this to be changed because its always me who gets kicked

Possible solutions:
-Play on CA, or AU servers as they are usually less busy.
-Join higher number servers (30-40)
