Hello OmerGB, the steps towards getting staff are a tricky process. As you stated you're banned it may be more difficult for you to get through the process, I suggest making a ban dispute at the following link: http://dispute.mcgamer.info, after doing so if it gets pardoned you will be required to make a Moderator application. You can apply at the following link: http://apply.mcgamer.info however, I suggest making a dispute first, so that the Sr. Staff can review your situation.
