If you see people pretending to be admins or mods, you can report them. That is not allowed and they can be punished for it. And believe me, if you are not hacking, you will not be banned because if you're not hacking, it's simply impossible for any sufficient video proof to be gathered. You have nothing to worry about.

Most of the time they're just trying to get you upset or even to make you slow down and type something.
