Definitely fake.

Ever since the "Greatest freakout reaction" series (which still continues to this day if I recall) people have started faking reaction videos. The couple hundred bucks that you could potentially get off a video like this going viral is definitely more than the 5 or 10 bucks you could get from simply pawning your old games.
