I have just gotten Platinum rank yesterday and I still haven't received it. My IGN is Death_Chimp, at least that's what I put, and should I have put my gmail instead of my actual IGN because i log on with my gmail.
I don't understand, please give me an answer.

Well, your not supposed to put what you log in with. It is still your IGN. Just message the support team @ [email protected], with proof of purchase.

If your payment has been taken through, you'll have received an email detailing the purchase.
Just email the support team with a screenshot of that email, as suggested by overthetopgaming, and they'll sort it out
