I cannot change my avatar picture on the forums.

I am unable to change my picture on the forums. I can upload a file, but whenever I click the 'Okay' button to change it, nothing happens.

As MoLoToV said, but it usually takes 30 mins to 1 hour to load custom avatar without using gravatar.
