I actually use one almost everyday, they're really only good for video editing...
They're more of a buisness / arts computer. Things like GarageBand are amazing tools if used right. They're not necessarily meant for playing video games.

Yo, stop the flame war, this kid needs help with his computer. Do you know how much it would suck to have your mom/dad walk in and see that pop up on your screen?

Ok, ToeKnee, if my suggestion(s) didn't help you uninstall Google Chrome or your browser and reinstall. Also, never, ever install any browser bars. They can see what you do and are most often spyware/malware.

It'll take a while, but I'll try to uninstall firefox.

I had super annoying pop up once, they were from a source called oyodomo. If this is the pop up you are having trouble with adblockers won't work. The only way to get rid of it is by manually deleting the source file. If you Google it there is tutorials showing how to do it.

Some macs aren't meant for gaming, (which most people here are for) so if you want a good gaming mac, your going to spend some money. But, most macs are good for basically everything else. My dad has a really expensive mac, which is good for gaming, designing, music, downloading, basically everything. So before you just say "their poop" have a good statement to back it up.

Edit: As for Toeknees problem, I here the adds are based on what you have recently searched. (suspicious music) All I know is that there is a bug for it on mobile, but your obviously on a desktop.

Indeed, I am playing on a Mac. I do everything on here from playing Steam Games, Guns of Icarus, Recording, Video Editing, Minecraft (of course), and everything else a high school student has to do. I've had it nearly a year and spent $3.7k on it. Holding up really well. :)
