Doesn't matter - it's a state thing. The server thinks you're in the eating state when you're actually not, so when you try to run, it argues with you about how fast you can move. Trying to eat tells it "HEY I'M EATING NOW", and so when you stop, that tells it "HEY I'M DONE NOW" which should fix the issue.

Another solution to the no hit thing is to click slower or block hit.

2) I have a Mac mouse so it won't let me block hit :/
