Make a map, that's probably the easiest way to get it. Help out the community in a big way, or have 25,000 subscribers on youtube.

VIP is given to certain users whom the administration feels have had a large hand in the well-being of the community as a whole. While there are many different suppositions about what qualifies one to be a VIP, it is still largely given on a case-by-case basis.

Since this question has been asked and answered many times recently, I am going to lock this thread. In the future, it would be a good idea to search for a thread asking the question that you need answered, as oftentimes you don't even need to make a thread when your inquiry has already been submitted and answered by someone else.
