For your build, I dont suggest having a mini tower case, cause the cabling can get messy and it wont allow you to upgrade, etc.
Also I dot suggest buying a cheap motherboard. People dont actually realise how immportant a motherboard is.

Thanks, but that's not the actual price. It was being sold at a local computer shop for 300. Also; I want a laptop. If you have any reccomendstions for a laptop then can fit my standards for under 500, let me know. Thanks!

I don't think you will be able to run medium settings on a $500 laptop.

I'm fairly certain I have a laptop which has around the same specs as that, Only difference being I have an i5 instead of i3, it works just fine all things considered, on normal or so settings I get between 60 and 80 frames. Haven't recorded in a long time, so no clue about that.

I would say the would run on average, in the ballpark of 40-60 while doing what you would like. You may need to lower some settings and try some other optimization tips to get the desired frame rate, but those should be pretty good. Continue to look around however, there may be some hidden deals out there you could take advantage of.
