How do you get mcsg's maps?

Don't do this, some maps ARE NOT for public download, and unfortunately, aren't under our control.

All maps you are allowed to download should be in the "Finished Maps" section and marked with a "MCSG" sign before it. If they aren't, google them or something

Its completely up to the creator of the map, so the best bet is contacting them
