how do i play a 48 survival games

I personally don't like 48 extremely much. I prefer 24 and 120. 120 was good because the sheer number of people meant that there were more people to kill, and more points

If they don't bring back Kahmunrah with the 48 player update then I'm done.

That map will not be coming back, it was deleted due to unpopularity and due to it being an overall badly created map.
