Make sure you have new shoes, none of that 50% off walmart shoes, unless you wanna be hit with the "what are those" day one

Dont wear school clothes, past middle school or even present highschool, at least not first week. Tagged as freshmen/noob.

Dont do anything stupid, aka, really think TWICE before doing something, especially think about why youre doing it, as who youre gonna impress by doing it.

Just because you do your homework doesnt mean you can goof off, study textbooks at least 15 for each class, ask teachers what to read to get a head start so youre not lost in classes.

Dont not ask questions. Sure, people may laugh for a minute, but youll be laughing when you get a good grade.

Participate in extra curriculars, such as clubs, (find if your 2nd language youre taking has one) sports, anything really.

Dont be an outcast, but dont stick to one group. The key to being popular is being friendly. Even if someones acting like a jerk, kill him with kindness. It may be a myth thr popular kids all gossip, but at least in my school, theyre just really nice and friendly.
