I have a question about which rank is higher,Admin or Community Manager

Community manager was basically an admin with different responsibilities, so neither were higher rank. Doesn't mean much now though, seeing as the position is defunct.

This. As far as in-game rank priority, devs are the most powerful. However, they can't revolt because Chad has them on a contract.

The community managers have been turned into admins. Question answered I guess.

As a former member, the Community Managers was a higher rank than Admins.
In practice, we all basically treated each other equally as Admins with different responsibilities, and the whole superior-rank organization made things more difficult than they needed to be. So Bic and I gave up our ComMan ranks for Admin, and things have been fine since.

Regarding Developers, they exist within their own hierarchy parallel with the regular staff. Technically (and I mean "related to technological practices"), they have the most power because they run our servers and are responsible for the gamemodes we all love and enjoy. And while they don't have much jurisdiction with dealing with the community, they have proven to be very capable and willing in addressing that aspect as well. I still hang out and conduct business with them as if they were Admins (perhaps higher still), and I consider them as such.
