Help please

So i'm from EU and i tried to log in to the NA servers but it lagged for me so i thought i would wait for the EU servers but it lagged again.But it didn't lag a little it lagged so much that i could not even move.So please help me is this happening only to me or is this happening because the servers are still being tested?

Jitter:53ms
Grade: D
But the first time i did this it was grade B
