Hello, I am having difficulties, do I have signed up for a account, but I have not been able to get into a game do I need to download something to play a game? If so do I have to buy something?

If you have a Minecraft account, join au.mcgamer.net, us.mcgamer.net, eu.mcgamer.net or ca.mcgamer.net depending on your region (AU=Australia, US=USA, CA=Canada, EU=Europe) and go to the survival games section in the hub, right-click a sign that says "Lobby" and join. You don't need to download anything. Good luck, and just ask in the hub if you need more help
