Help needed

I don't know if this is the right place for this but, my mod application was denied for lack of knowing rules / hierarchy. The Sr. mod gave me a link to help me out with that problem but the link wasn't very helpful. In the scenarios of being declined they weren't close to the reason I got declined. Could anyone give me a rules link or anything that would help if you are allowed to. I want to try to apply again but I need to gain knowledge of the rules and hiearchy. Thanks -Captain/Dylan

Not much really I could do, I would suggest reading this guide, as it could be beneficial for you. Also, I would probably PM the member of Senior Staff maybe something along the lines if you they could go in-depth of why your application was declined. Not too sure really, that's what I would do.
