Ok, so I just received the password change conformation and I was SUPER happy. Then, when I read all the details, It says"To Katyabolmc". But what I need is a password conformation for Katyabol, my old account with all my important messages!

Even so, I'd still contact an admin because they'll be able to thoroughly interrogate you before they give you your account back to confirm that it's you. They are definitely more friendly and helpful than some generic automated account recovery page like you're trying to get back into your facebook or Google account. You're dealing with people, not heartless machines following their programming.
