Help: Improving Minecraft Performance

I fixed it by punching my computer
Throwing it
And punching it some more




Then I realized it was such a piece of Good that I needed a new one
So I bought a new one

Okay just give me a few thousand dollars and this issue will be resolved promptly.

Believe it or not, I got the program "CCcleaner" and went into control panel > system > advanced settings, and switched it to best settings, also ran a scan on CCcleaner that took around a minute, boosted my fps from 40-50 to 120 it's insane, so give it a shot, hopefully it works for you.

I actually already have CCcleaner on my computer, so I'll give it a run and see what happens. I also switched it to the best settings, but I only reverted the smoothed text thing because it looked horrendous xD

Sometimes is the computer, in my case I have a program called gamebooster 3, that when I open Minecraft the computer only focuses to give all his render to the game.

Your laptop has 6gb of RAM and a processor clocked at 1.7 ghz (pretty low). Turn down your rendering distance to below 8 and as said above, get Optifine and the latest version to reduce the amount of bugs. Make sure a lot of the settings that are given by optifine are set to fast

Yeah, I've done that. However, nothing seems to be drastically improving my performance. I think it's just the nature of my CPU and how it isn't that great (especially the clockspeed). Eventually, you run out of optimizations and you just have your computer to blame.
Sadly, I don't know if laptop CPUs can be overclocked nor do I know how to even go about doing that
