Kind of. If you blatantly give away your identity, we will do our best to drive you away...

You can't be like 'lol I'm nickelodeon wannateam?' but you can be like 'there are some strong opponents around, I think it'd be best if we worked together.

You SHOULD only know who is in your own district, and not really much of anyone else.
And you can pre plan with the person in your district, no one else.
