It's usually and intro, but it can be an outro, or any infamous lines a Youtube uses, I have two here:

Basically one person replies the answer to the one above, yada yada yada, and then posts their own; example:

First Person: "Welcome back, ______ here."
Second Person: Sethbling?

And then the second person writes another.

Starter:
"Hello YouTube and Survival Games and everything in between, this is _______ here and..."
