Good Sprinting tactics

Actually, once i was accused in hacking by 2 people i outran by sprintjumping. They shouted it on the chat, and then the whole server wanted me dead. This is one of these times i tell myself: "******* uneducated pieces of **** (I usually am a calm guy, but this made me quite angry.
