I agree with you about having a win requirement, but at the same time, this is a clan and most clans do require a cerain amount of wins. Just to clarify.

Seems to me that if you were targeting a specific group of people, your clan would be more of a team sheltering that specific group of people regardless of wins, ratio, and the like. I view clans as means to improve one's skill; not necessarily just show off the skills you have already.
