Wow you're awesome for separating all of that up. I'm considering getting a new pc..Here's what I came up with, I'd say I did an ok job, this price includes the peripherals.
Some things that still needs to be added: Optical Drive and OS
I'd recommend just skipping on the optical drive and making a USB installer, or just steal the Optical Drive from an old computer you may have lying around.
The OS, I'll just add windows 7 for now, though I do recommend getting Windows 8 and installing a start Button, specifically Start Is Back, it's only 5 dollars and brings back the amazingness that Windows 8 was missing.
